This project is a 5 to 8-minute experimental animated short film that includes the design elements of visual narration and sound. There will be no captions or dialogue involved. Instead, the film will challenge the audience to examine the movement of the character to predict not only the storyline, but also the internal state of the character through mise-en-scene and the corresponding mood sceneries. The content of the film explores creative inspiration, and how the creative process evolves over a lifetime. The goal of the project is to create an emotional environment that allows the audience to be a part of the film as well as being able to empathize with the character. The film is a collective final product from the study of color theory, composition, metamorphic transition and creative storytelling.
