Abstract:
This paper aims to demonstrate the potential benefits of using aid in Haiti towards easing the facilitation of business. Through an empirical analysis, easing business processes is linked to inducing foreign direct investment, which is suggested to ultimately drive sustainable growth. It is in the best interest of Haiti to use the inflow of aid towards projects that ease business processes and induce foreign direct investment.
