Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is to explore possible improvements that could be made in the U.S. Intelligence Community to support successful intelligence analysis. This research paper begins with a review of several intelligence faults, the roles they have played in selected intelligence failures, and the changes that have occurred in the Intelligence Community as a result. The remainder of this study describes suggestions for additional improvements that could be implemented to foster effective intelligence analysis.
