Abstract:
Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy has been around for more than 70 years. Every now and again, new methods will emerge with benefits, and if these methods are useful enough, we see a shift in the type of spectroscopy done in labs around the country. Rapid scan electrically detected magnetic resonance (EDMR) is the newest spectroscopy method, one that I have had the pleasure of assisting in developing. Rapid scan EDMR could be the next big shift in how we perform spectroscopy worldwide.
